Shipping & Returns

Stock
We strive to keep a significant portion of the items listed in our webshop in stock.
If the ordered item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will order it immediately for you.
If an item is no longer available at all, a replacement item will be provided in consultation or the value of the item will be refunded to your account.

Delivery Time
If in stock: orders will be handed over to TNT/PostNL within 5 working days after receipt of payment.
Orders are generally offered to TNT/PostNL 3 times per week.
Delivery and processing times of TNT/PostNL are, of course, beyond our responsibility.

Prices
The prices we mention are in Euros, including VAT but excluding shipping costs.
All prices are subject to change.
If the price of an item has significantly increased but you ordered at the old price, we are not obliged to deliver the item at the old price.
In consultation, the value of the item will be refunded or delivered upon payment of the difference.

Urgency
If you wish to receive the order urgently, please contact us first to inquire about the possibilities – before expecting delivery within 24 hours!

What to do in case of an incorrect delivery:
If you received an incorrect delivery, please contact us by phone or email (Tuesday to Saturday between 10:00 and 13:00).
We are happy to assist you and will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What can and cannot be returned:
Items that match the description cannot be returned.
Only items that were incorrectly delivered by us can be returned.
If you purchased a product online and it does not match the description, return the product to us. You must notify us of the return in advance before sending anything back.
The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt (based on the dates known by the carrier). It must be in a saleable condition and in its original packaging.
Consumables subject to wear cannot be returned.
This includes products such as cylinders, pistons, greases, fluids, tires, bearings, batteries, cables, chains, sprockets, brake pads, etc.
Electronic parts, such as a voltage regulator, CDI, ignition coil, electronic ignition, etc., cannot be returned. A malfunction in your vehicle may irreparably damage these parts.

Costs:
Return shipping costs are always borne by the buyer.
After receipt, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 30 days – excluding the shipping costs incurred.
Please package the item properly and return it with a copy of the purchase invoice for quick processing.
